Shipping
We take special care to package all orders, guaranteeing the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless there are specific instructions to the contrary, international orders are typically dispatched within 7-15 business days from the time of your order. As for orders within Egypt, they are typically dispatched within 2-3 days.
Return Policy

- All goods purchased through our website can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Delivery fees apply on cancelled or returned orders.
- In the event that a product is found to be defective, please allow us to take the appropriate action within 14 days of the delivery date. This may include repairing, replacing, or refunding the item, at no extra cost or further delivery fees.
- Please ensure that you return the items undamaged, in their original condition, with all of their original packaging and tags intact. If the item is found to be damaged by the client, or if the tags have been removed, the returned order will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible or liable in the event that any item(s) intended for return is lost, misdirected, or experiences delayed delivery. The customer is responsible for the associated shipping risks when returning their purchase.
- Delivery dates will be determined based on delivery mode chosen upon placing your order. Please note that those dates are estimated dates that can vary according to shipping companies’ backlog.
- Values for returned or cancelled orders will be refunded through the same purchasing method.
- The refund will be processed in 14 days from receiving the cancellation or request original refunded product. Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
Tax & Customs
- Orders placed within Egypt include taxes at the checkout page. For orders outside of Egypt, custom duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- MESH--MESH is not responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs where we have no control.
- For detailed information on customs fees and taxes specific to your country, we recommend reaching out to your local authorities to understand the applicable fees and their variations from one country to another. The responsibility to claim any import charges lies solely with you, and you should contact the relevant authority in your country for reimbursement.
